Alice Liu

Founding Partner

Alice is the founding partner of the firm, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in international tax, transactions and broader business advisory from Big Four firms and multinational corporations. She plays a central role in shaping the firm’s strategy, service offerings and client relationships across Hong Kong, Mainland China and international markets.

Beyond technical tax, Alice focuses on helping clients design and execute end‑to‑end solutions covering group structure, IPO and pre‑IPO planning, internal reorganisations, capital and holding structures, and post‑deal integration. She works closely with boards, founders and investment committees on commercial, governance and risk considerations around growth, acquisitions and succession.

Alice has led multidisciplinary engagements across private equity, infrastructure, transportation and logistics, real estate, retail and FMCG, healthcare, financial services, technology, media and telecommunications, manufacturing and business services. Her experience includes advising Hong Kong–listed groups on overseas expansion, working with tax and regulatory authorities in Hong Kong and the PRC, and supporting family offices and high‑net‑worth individuals on wealth preservation and estate planning.
